Pakistan's First Cabinet Meeting at Gwadar Sea port

Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani chairing cabinet meeting at Gwadar the sea port city of Balochistan. There he may be inaugurating various development projects such as Gwadar-Jewani Road and a Labourers Colony in the city. He will also distribute letters of permanent employment among the labourers working at the port.
For the first time in Pakistan's history that a cabinet's meeting will be held at a vessel anchored at the Gwadar port in Arabian sea.
The Prime Minister was received by Governor Balochistan Nawab Magsi and Chief Minister Sardar Aslam Raisani at the Gwadar Airport.

Zaver Pearl Continental Hotel Gwadar, a Five Star Hotel situated on a cliff (Koh-e-Batil), overlooking the port, city and surrounded by azure Arabian waters. The hotel is equipped with all those features which are mark of the Hashoo Group.

سرفروشی کی تمنا اب ہمارے دل میں ہے
دیکھنا ہے زور کتنا بازوئے قاتل میں ہے

ایک سے کرتا نہیں کیوں دوسرا کچھ بات چیت
دیکھتا ھوں میں جسے وہ چپ تیری محفل میں ہے
اے شہید ملک و ملت میں تیرے اوپر نثار
اب تیری ہمت کا چرچہ غیر کی محفل میں ہے
سرفروشی کی تمنا اب ہمارے دل میں ہے

وقت آنے دے بتا دیں گے تجہے اے آسمان
ہم ابھی سے کیا بتائیں کیا ہمارے دل میں ہے
کھینج کر لائی ہے سب کو قتل ہونے کی امید
عاشقوں کا آج جمگھٹ کوچئہ قاتل میں ہے
سرفروشی کی تمنا اب ہمارے دل میں ہے

ہے لئے ہتھیار دشمن تاک میں بیٹھا ادھر
اور ہم تیار ھیں سینہ لئے اپنا ادھر
خون سے کھیلیں گے ہولی گر وطن مشکل میں ہے
سرفروشی کی تمنا اب ہمارے دل میں ہے

ہاتھ جن میں ہو جنون کٹتے نہیں تلوار سے
سر جو اٹھ جاتے ہیں وہ جھکتے نہیں للکا ر سے
اور بھڑکے گا جو شعلہ سا ہمارے دل میں ہے
سرفروشی کی تمنا اب ہمارے دل میں ہے

ہم جو گھر سے نکلے ہی تھے باندہ کے سر پہ کفن
جان ہتھیلی پر لئے لو، لے چلے ہیں یہ قدم
زندگی تو اپنی مہمان موت کی محفل میں ہے
سرفروشی کی تمنا اب ہمارے دل میں ہے

یوں کھڑا مقتل میں قاتل کہہ رہا ہے بار بار
کیا تمناِ شہادت بھی کِسی کے دِل میں ہے
دل میں طوفانوں کی تولی اور نسوں میں انقلاب
ھوش دشمن کے اڑا دیں گے ھمیں روکو نہ آج
دور رہ پائے جو ہم سے دم کہاں منزل میں ہے

وہ جِسم بھی کیا جِسم ہے جس میں نہ ہو خونِ جنون
طوفانوں سے کیا لڑے جو کشتیِ ساحل میں ہے

سرفروشی کی تمنا اب ہمارے دل میں ہے
دیکھنا ہے زور کتنا بازوئے قاتل میں ہے

Treasure Trove-Gujrat

Gujrat is a treasure trove of historical attractions and there is perhaps no better place to delve into the land’s past than at the Gujrat Akbari Fort, now occupied by Indian migrants 1947, housed top of the 400 year-old in Gujrat. Tomb of Shah Jehangir is also a historical place. Darbar Hazarar Syed Kabir Uddin Shahduala Dari Gunj Bakhsh is located close to Akbari Fort. Nishan-e-Haider tomb of Major Raja Aziz Bhatti is 30 Kilometer from Gujrat city on the north where army parade is held in every 6 September. He bravely fight in the 1965 Indo-Pak was and got shahdat by the enemy shell.

Zamindar Degree College is the historical college of Gujrat founded by Nawab Sir Fazal Ali Khan of Vill Anala Gujrat. British Empire awarded him the title of “Sir” on account of his educational services in combined India after Sir Syed Ahmed Khan, Ali Garh University in India. Mostly high-posted army and civil officers graduated from this prestigious college and practically took part in the development of Pakistan.

On the other hand Choudry Brotheran sons of Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi are playing a dynamic role on the horizon of Pakistan Politics. The establishment of UOG [University of Gujrat] is the remarkable achievement of Choudry Brotheran Government.
Service shoes industries and textile located in Gujrat is providing employment to thousands of home of their living for more than 50 years. This factory has played special role in removal of un-employment from the district. Chaudhry Ahmed Mukhtar [currently Defence Minister of Pakistan] is present CEO of this multinational company.

Shadiwal Power House is also a historical and industrial unit in district Gujrat. This power house was built by British Empire in 1930 on Jehlum Canal to provide electricity to the district and suburbs. At this time of energy crisis, powerhouse is meeting the energy needs of Gujrat efficiently. It is also a sight for visitor’s attraction.

Some of the oldest towns in district Gujrat are Lalamusa, Jalapur Jattan, Kunjah, Anala, Perosah, Shaidwal, Tanda Mota, Alamgarh, Hajiwala, Awan Sharif, Madina Syedan, Raniwal Sydan, Kulewal Sydan, Moin Uddin Pur Sydan, Nat, Dinga, Bahadar, Ladian, Boorch, Langrial, Gulyana, Deona, Kotla Bahowal Chechian, and Ghiryawala

City has many restaurants for its visitors like Faisal Hotel, Kanara at Chenab, Subhan at Gt Road, Lasania, Usmania, Skyways, Tulip at river Jhehlem.  So when are you planning to visit?
