Dr. Javaid R Laghari has been appointed as 'Chairman' of the Higher Education Commission, Islamabad. Prior to joining HEC, Dr. Javed R Lagahri was the president of SZABIST. His area of specialization is in energy and space technologies. He has published over 120 research papers.
