I live near a small town Kasur - a small market town that has one of the largest concentrations of tanneries in the world. The town committee is already installing a water treatment plant there. The government and civil society pressure groups are also putting pressure on tanneries to have their own water treatment systems in place. I know what untreated water does with the environment and with water as a natural resource.
Water is finite resource that has mostly been scarce. Glaciers are melting, flows in rivers are declining, and lakes are drying up whereas human, agricultural and industrial demands for water are ever increasing. Sadly, whatever water we have at our disposal is getting affected due to contaminations rendering it unfit for its intended use. Which is why wastewater treatment is imperative everywhere.
Given my interest in water as a resource, I came upon Alar Engineering Corporation – leading Wastewater Treatment Manufacturer. Alar manufactures a full line of the most progressive wastewater treatment equipment including sludge dewatering equipment and grey water systems for industrial and municipal environmental solutions all over the world. Many of the Fortune 500 companies are among their happy customers. Alar also offers dewatering equipment and much more.
Alar is information and resource rich site where one can also learn how several satisfied Alar customers solved their wastewater problems. I have picked some ideas for my writing while going through their useful case studies.
To save water — the common lifeline, we must all do our part. Industries should more than what they are doing. I suggest Alar as one of the best source. Have a look and see what they are offering and how.
